Though most sessions will include Energy Healing, there will be a few focus options available to you when you book on Calendly:
Session Focus Option 1: Open Intentions

With Reiki Edmonton Healing Sessions as a possible starting point, choose this option if you aren’t sure what all may be helpful and you know you need some support but are a bit uncertain of how to best receive help, or what you feel open to.
Your session will unfold however is best suited to your needs when you arrive, and you will absolutely leave here feeling settled, expanded, and well-ready to carry on your Soul Journey, however that may look at this time.
No pressure to choose and the freedom to be just as you are – open and ready for some support.

Session Focus Option 1: Reiki, Somatic & Intuitive Healing

Choose this focus if you want your session to be mostly laying down, massage table centered, filled with gentle touch, and body-based energetic whole system supportive healing.
A supportive table to sink into, a table warmer to warm & ease your body, and the perfect atmosphere to let go and let your soul carry you inward…
The Reiki Edmonton Healing Sessions I offer provide a uniquely supportive way for you to experience energy.
Whether you are facing some challenges, experiencing body discomfort, unease or pain, or are ready for stress relief and an ultimate self-care relaxation & healing experience, your session will deliver.
Using Reiki of the Usui System of Natural Healing and Traditional Somatic & Intuitive Healing Practices, you will enter greater spaces of energy flow and integration, taking you more deeply into the immense space of your beautiful heart.

Session Focus Option 2: Mind-Body-Spirit Support

60/90 minutes
Choose this focus if you would like your session to be talk-focused, complete with healing perspective & emotional support. You will receive judgement free heart-centred support & relief for what’s been troubling you.
You will be comfortable and your nervous system will be supported in the calm of my client care spaces.
These sessions are client centered. This means that how you show up, what is most pressing, which goals, experiences or obstacles feel most important – – your session will centre around you, and what you need most.
Sessions commonly include spirited conversation, self-regulation, co-regulation, perspective sharing, somatic practices, goal setting, mentoring, and support rooted in common sense and rational thinking. I facilitate, you guide. Let’s bring you some options and perspective, and introduce a little more ease and flow into your life.
Rest for the weary, peace for the soul and courage for the future – we will work together to bring you the support you are seeking. Expansion comes naturally as we look at how ideas are shaping your circumstances.

Session Focus Option 3: Spirit Sessions

Choose this focus if you want your session to be practice focused. Your session will embody spiritual healing practices such as tea ceremony, oracle cards, spirit readings, guided experiences, light healing and other traditional spiritually inspired methods & modalities.
Through conscious connection, we go where your soul takes us. These sessions are unique and customized for each client.
Your session may also include Reiki, Somatic & Intuitive Healing, Meditation, Journaling, Dream Symbolism, Spirit Animals & Guides, Ho’oponopono, Tarot/Oracle/Angel Cards, Clearing Work, and Mind-Body-Spirit Coaching & Support.
It’s time for you to find some magic and bask in places of inspiration, healing and readiness.
Available one-to-one, or you may come together with a friend, partner, sibling, daughter, son or parent – connecting with anyone who would like to explore a shared experience. Reiki Edmonton Healing Sessions will take place in neighbouring studio rooms.
